Validate and Activate
Resolve evidence gaps, review the generated context, and safely activate the organization.
After source submission, Oblive compiles the retained material and evaluates whether it can support real operations. It asks questions about concrete evidence gaps rather than repeating a generic business questionnaire.
Initial Validation
The first batch normally contains five to seven structured questions. Questions can ask for a choice, several choices, short or long text, an explanation, or supporting files.
The interface presents one question at a time. You can move back without losing drafts. Supporting files are uploaded only when the complete answer batch is submitted.
You may skip when the batch allows it. A skipped answer remains an explicit unresolved gap and can be answered later in the onboarding chat; it never permanently blocks the organization or becomes fabricated evidence.
Why Another Question May Appear
Oblive asks another batch only when an unresolved critical or material gap remains. A skipped question closes that prompt but does not invent evidence or remove the underlying gap.
Good answers:
- name the responsible person or system;
- state the actual rule rather than an aspiration;
- distinguish current practice from a planned process;
- attach a source when the decision depends on evidence; and
- say when the organization genuinely has not decided.
Review Before Activation
The activation review should agree with:
- the organization identity;
- selected departments;
- retained source set;
- operational minimum for each scope;
- known gaps and constraints; and
- evidence used to support important facts.
If a generated review contradicts the retained sources, activation is withheld and the transcript remains available for correction.
Proposed findings appear at the bottom of the current conversation one at a time. For each finding, choose Accept, Edit and accept, Reject, or Review later, then continue to the next. Accept is selected by default. Going back preserves earlier choices and edits. Use Accept all findings to confirm every proposal immediately, or continue individually when anything needs editing, rejection, or later review. Oblive applies the complete review only after confirmation.
While Oblive Is Learning
The Activation card shows how many discovery steps are planned, finished, and remaining. Its latest activity list is based on retained work events and refreshes while the page is visible, so a stalled worker does not produce synthetic progress. The list uses plain organization-facing descriptions; commands, provider payloads, and internal runtime identifiers are not shown. Refreshing stops when discovery finishes.
Activate
Activate only after the review is ready. Activation provisions the selected profiles from pinned catalog content and makes the organization available for normal operations.
After Activation
- Open the Context canvas and check context health.
- Review the source browser and citations.
- Connect integrations with the narrowest useful access.
- Review scheduled audits and learning jobs.
- Start with a bounded, verifiable piece of work.
Expected Result
The organization opens in the normal product shell, selected department profiles are available, context is inspectable, and outstanding human issues are visible rather than hidden.
